Have you ever gone to the mailbox hoping to find something interesting and the box is full of junk? And by junk I mean junk mail - flyers for stores you never shop at, coupons for fast food restaurants you don't eat at and other miscellaneous flyers that make perfect fire-starting material?
For those of you not aware, this annoying occurrence is avoidable. All it takes is a quick visit or call to your local post office and a request to not receive "junk mail". So unless you have a wood stove that's crying for the lastest Superstore specials; take advantage of this opportunity to save a tree!
